Meet Greenlight

Every request needs
a way forward.

A specialist letter arrives. An imaging report is missing. Your case manager opens another attachment, checks the history and follows up again.

This is the daily work of managing a claim. It takes care and judgement. It also takes time your team could spend talking to the worker, resolving a difficult question or coordinating recovery.

Greenlight is being built to make that work easier to carry through.

Know the file.
Move the next step forward.

A workspace for the treatment request, from the first document to the letter explaining the outcome.

The clinical picture, in one review.

Bring the treatment request and supporting documents into the case. Review the accepted conditions and the context your team has recorded.

Check identity, body part and accepted conditions before relying on the evidence.

A practical place to start.

Use a defined treatment-request workflow alongside your existing claims system. Agree the schemes, access and integration needs together before the pilot begins.

Give your people
room to do their best work.

Time for the cases that need it.

Bring the relevant evidence into view so reviewers can spend their attention on the questions that matter.

A decision people can understand.

Keep the supporting evidence and reasons with the outcome. Make the next communication easier to prepare and check.

Progress you can measure.

Use the pilot to measure total handling effort, decision quality and whether the team keeps using Greenlight in day-to-day work.

Let’s start with
your working day.

Show us where treatment requests slow down. We’ll shape a focused pilot with your case managers and clinical reviewers, then measure what changes.

Before we talk.

Who is Greenlight for?

Our first focus is employers managing their own WorkCover insurance, and the case managers, team leaders and clinical reviewers working through treatment requests.

Does it replace our claims system?

The initial pilot works alongside your existing claims system. Together, we agree the source of truth, import and export needs, and where each action is recorded.

Who makes the treatment decision?

An authorised person makes and records the decision. Greenlight uses AI to help organise evidence, prepare assessments and draft correspondence. Reviewers check the sources, resolve uncertainty and approve the outcome.

What about multiple states and sensitive information?

Each pilot has an agreed scheme and request-type scope. Additional coverage requires validation before activation. Access, privacy, security and clinical quality requirements are part of acceptance before real-case use.
